Ron Lamb, Operations

Ron Lamb is a 30+year defense contractor in Ballistic Missile Defense and Hypersonic Weapon System testing, to include test planning, test execution, mission planning, logistics, missile range coordination and test analysis.  In addition, Ron has 20+ years experience in various management capacities including Program Manager, Director of Requirements/Planning, Director of Programs and Vice-President of Programs.  Ron touts his proudest career achievement as being a key cog in the startup of Venturi Aerospace, helping the Company to grow from 3 people to 200+ personnel and over $30M in annual revenue in a 13-year time span.  After a 4-year retirement stint, Ron has re-entered the workforce in 2025 as the Acting Chief Operations Officer for Iron Will Ventures.  Ron will use his past management experiences in overseeing the day-to-day operations for Iron Will, optimizing resources for Company efficiencies, and establishing policies/procedures to aid in implementing Iron Will’s vision.
