Kevin Creekmore

Kevin Creekmore is a experienced Department of Defense civilian with 33 years of distinguished service, recognized as a proven leader in the planning and execution of large-scale, complex missile flight test programs, including full-scale hypersonic testing. As Director of Test at the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, he oversaw all aspects of test planning, target development, and execution for multiple programs and customers, including the Army, Navy, Missile Defense Agency, and Foreign Military Sales partners. In this role, he ensured the successful delivery of mission-critical test capabilities supporting national defense priorities. Previously, as Program Manager for the Zombie Targets Program, Kevin directed the development of threat-representative, low-cost ballistic missile targets that became essential assets for both developmental and operational missile defense testing. His leadership in this program advanced the affordability and realism of missile defense evaluations. Today, as Director of Test for Iron Will Ventures, he leads efforts supporting government and industry in the execution of hypersonic test and evaluation (T&E), driving the rapid transition of emerging technologies and capabilities into operational use.
